I have been blessed to learn alongside activists, intellectuals, artists, elders, young people and spiritual teachers from three continents, and many social movements. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to write down and publish some of my thoughts, analysis and experiences. I offer them here in the belief that knowledge belongs to us all and should be available to everyone.

In a world in which knowledge has become a commodity, writing by activist scholars is often inaccessible to the very communities we want to engage with. Many of our essays are published in progressive scholarly journals, and only available to those who have the resources to subscribe or access to university databases. My goal is to make many of my essays from the past two decades available here for free. Essays are organized thematically, and start with the most recent. Please download, read and share.
